Moments away from the hustle and bustle of life are fleeting and far between. Because of this, we've designed The Modern Magnolia to be a place of warmth. Of afternoon naps and cereal for dinner. Of no obligations and casual encounters. Of memory making and laughter.

Not that long ago we stumbled upon this little gem of a house with great bones, right on the edge of paradise. We saw through harvest gold colored toilets and lots (did we mention lots?!) of wood veneer to transform this 1972 mid-century modern house to what is now known as The Modern Magnolia.
What we created is intended for you to enjoy as if it were yours. We hope you love it as much as we do.
